Notice periods and fees for cancelled or missed appointments.
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. This gives us time to offer the slot to another client and respect everyone's time.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a charge of up to 50% of the service price. This helps us cover the cost of holding your slot.
Missed appointments without notice may be charged at 100% of the service price. Repeat no-shows may result in a request for full prepayment for future bookings.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once to a future appointment if cancelled with at least 48 hours' notice.
If we need to cancel for any reason, we'll give you as much notice as possible and offer either a full refund or the option to reschedule at your convenience.
